Data Analyst, Network Losses, AMZL - #1765526

Amazon is looking for motivated individuals for the role of Data Analyst in its loss/business waste containment team. This position is part of the India Ops under the Reverse Logistics program.

1. Communicate effectively with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal teams (Operations, Finance).


2. Extract data from multiple databases using Excel, SQL, or other data management tools, and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.


3. Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.


4. Quickly interpret data to make informed decisions and follow through on resolutions to ensure timely delivery.


5. Operate within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, measuring and analyzing activities.


6. Communicate findings clearly, both verbally and in writing, including creating narratives for weekly reports and presenting variances to goals.


7. Provide real-time stakeholder support in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)


• At least 1 year of relevant experience


• Strong communication skills for facilitating information flow between parties


• Ability to monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback


• Experience in cross-functional coordination and alignment

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
