Due to continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious Litigation Executive with Clinical Negligence experience to join our successful team.
Our team of Clinical Negligence solicitors are experts in handling NHS and medical negligence claims, including cases related to medical misdiagnosis, amputation, cancer, nerve injury, spine injury, birth injury, head/brain injury, and negligence claims against doctors, surgeons, and hospitals.
We seek candidates with demonstrable experience in Clinical Negligence who can manage their own caseload, assess claims, and ensure clients' expectations regarding processes and timescales are well managed. Responsibilities include handling new claims, actioning them in accordance with service level agreements, and updating the Claims Management System.
Previous experience within clinical negligence is essential
