Remuneration: Circa £55,000 Take Home Pay

Description: Part time OR Full time Dentist required for 2 days per week in an Independently Owned Practice in Sheffield

• 3000 at £14 per UDA

• Tuesday/Thursday & Friday

• 50% split on Private & Labs

• Going through intensive refurbishment to create a more modern practice to encourage private dentistry

• Launching a PRIVATE Patient Plan in May 25

• Fully computerised surgeries - 4 surgery practice

• iTero Scanner

• Digital x-rays

• Rotary endo

• Intra oral cameras

• Microscope

• Hygienist & Therapist on site

• Long standing support team

• Existing, well maintained patient lists

• Practice offers Invisalign, etc, any interest in Invisalign advantageous

• 15 minutes from Sheffield town centre

• Available now, negotiable start date

Compliance requirements:

- Full NHS Performer Number

- Local Area Team confirmation

- GDC certificate

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Indemnity certificate

- Passport

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)

- Degree certificate

- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
