Technology Risk and Controls Delivery Lead - #1771841

Delta Capita is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Delivery Lead role within a Tier 1 Investment Bank client, primarily to support the delivery of a Risk and Controls programme.
The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Technology Risk Management and Service Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and translating programme objectives into executable work packages.
- Achieving high standards of delivery and engineering.
- Engaging effectively with teams, colleagues, and business partners to deliver results promptly.
- Demonstrating strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Working with teams and contacts in a global setting.
- Leading complex, cross-region, cross-function global initiatives.
- Monitoring key control indicators (KCIs) to evaluate risk mitigation effectiveness.
- Managing initiatives to improve or remediate controls sustainably for long-term outcomes.
- Possessing a broad understanding of resilience and continuous improvement approaches.
Relevant Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable outcomes in large enterprise organizations.
- Experience in technology service management with successful control framework implementations.
- Deep understanding of control operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating complex technology landscapes.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale initiatives.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure, including Public Cloud and legacy technologies, in a global financial context.
