Sales Support/ Handover Specialist Required in Sheffield
Basic Salary up to c.£27,500
OTE up to £28,500 based on performance
Previous experience in a sales environment within the leisure industry is desirable, but not required
Assist the Sales Department of the branch by answering the telephone, customer vehicle demonstrations and test drives and completing any necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth running of the branch
Full UK Driving Licence RequiredMy client is hiring for a Sales Support/ Handover Specialist to join their business in the motorhome industry. You will become a responsible asset in the customer service side of things and will ensure that the experience is immaculate from start to finish of the sales and handover process.
It would be an advantage to have customer service experience in the leisure industry, but the client's main requirement is experience working in the customer service industry to a level where you can react well under pressure and adapt to changes as you face them.
The successful Sales Support/ Handover Specialist will:
Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals
Accurately record and present vehicle specifications.
Identifying and imaging relevant defects on each vehicle, both internal and external
Ensuring accurate vehicle specification description is applied
Have an eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task successfully.
Assist the Sales Department of the branch by answering the telephone, customer vehicle demonstrations and test drives and completing any necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth running of the branch
Fulfill stock advertisement tasks such as photography and videos for the website.
Ensure the branch is kept up to specification with advertising where necessary
Full driving licence is required due to the need for short or long distance travel requirements.
Performing any other ad-hoc tasks to ensure site performance. The successful Sales Support/ Handover specialist will have:
