Purpose Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Sheffield store

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission

At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers

This is a part-time, permanent position with a 4-hour per week contract. Ideal candidate:

Stamina to work on a fast-paced shop floor

Capacity to work calmly under pressure

Key activities: Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on products

Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions

Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale

Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs

Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always full

Processing stock deliveries in a timely manner

Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy to a high standard

Performing additional ad hoc duties as required

Personal characteristics: A positive, can-do attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to serve all customers

Drive to exceed monthly performance targets

Methodical approach to completing tasks

High attention to detail

Ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team

Flexibility to work any day from Monday to Sunday
