A role is now available to join a market-leading manufacturing plant in Kiveton, South Yorkshire. As an Engineering Team Leader , you will work in a fully automated plant with ongoing investment plans for upgrades. The successful candidate will be offered a tailored training program and ample opportunities for progression within this site and across the group

When applying, please ensure you are multi-skilled, ideally with electrical expertise, and have a background in industrial engineering. This is a permanent role working on a 4on 4off days and nights schedule

Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:

Formal Electrical Engineering Qualification

Electrical and Mechanical skills, with a bias towards Electrical; including Motors, Sensors, Relays, Drives, and PLCs (fault finding and basic modifications)

Mechanical maintenance experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing

Reliability and continuous improvement experience

Leadership or supervisory experience
