We are recruiting for a Female Support Worker to support a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs in Penistone area.
About The Role
We are looking for a Female Support Worker to support a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs living in her own home. The client is a wheelchair user and communicates via low tech and gestures, she is able to express her wishes and preferences to those who know her well.

What You'll Be Working
- Full time position available. Day and Night shifts.
- £14.88 per hour day shifts
- £15.43 per hour waking night shifts
What You'll Be Doing
- The role will involve enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, social and recreational activities, and empowering her to be as independent as possible.
- The client requires full moving and handling and all aspects of personal care.
- We are seeking staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualized support.
- Previous care experience with young adults is preferred but not essential as full training will be given along with input from therapists.
- Staff must be able to participate in a range of activities with the client, including hydrotherapy.
- Driver with full UK License essential.
