Spire Claremont hospital is now recruiting a Bank Endoscopy Practitioner to join their warm and friendly team.

Spire Claremont Hospital has provided first-class independent healthcare at the heart of the South Yorkshire community since 1953. Our hospital is situated among beautifully landscaped grounds in Crosspool, Sheffield and it is situated 3 miles (about 20 minutes) to the southwest of Sheffield city centre.

Claremont Hospital has 42 beds, three laminar flow theatres, 13 consulting rooms, a static MRI and CT scanner, and plain and digital X-ray. The hospital provides surgery and outpatients with diagnostic imaging services.

Duties And Responsibilities

Working within a highly supportive team as an Endoscopy practitioner at Spire Claremont hospital you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care. You will be responsible for doing pre-assessments, admitting patients into the endoscopy unit, assisting the consultants and discharging patients from the unit. You will participate in all general endoscopy procedures.

Who We're Looking For:

  • NMC / HCPC registered with no restriction on practice
  • A minimum of 12 months experience of working in Endoscopy is essential.
  • Knowledge of JAG accreditation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
