The Role

We are seeking enthusiasticLettings Agentsto join a fast-paced, customer-focused lettings team. Youll manage the end-to-end lettings process while delivering excellent tenant and landlord experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property viewings, tenant applications, referencing, and tenancy agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords.
• Market properties to maximise exposure and occupancy.
• Oversee tenancy renewals and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and stay informed about market trends.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Previous lettings or property management experience is preferred but also open to strong sales or business development background
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• A proactive, goal-oriented individual with a passion for property.
• Valid UK driving license required.
