Kinetic Solutions Group is seeking an experienced EC&I Principal Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and project oversight, ensuring the successful delivery of complex kinetic engineering projects. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, risk and quality management, and the integration of new and existing technologies. Job responsibilities


  • Provide technical leadership for EC&I projects
  • Oversee and manage technical project aspects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Communicate proactively with clients to understand their needs
  • Coach and mentor junior team members
  • Integrate new technologies with existing systems
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation


Job requirements


  • Proven expertise in EC&I engineering
