What We Offer
The Start Date of employment will be: 1st September
This role offers a starting salary of £**** per annum, based on competence & experience.
39 Hours per week and alternate weekends between 07:00-20:15.

A willingness and capability to ensure that every customer enjoys a positive experience.
GCSE Maths and English at either A-C or 4-9 grade.
The ability to inspire, actively promote and sell the IKEA Kitchen product range.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving skills and be good at prioritising and organising your work.
The ability to work efficiently in a retail environment with varying customer demands.
Ability to communicate with customers using different communication systems email, video calls and telephone.
Preferred But Not Essential
Previous kitchen planning experience or a design background.
Previous customer service or retail experience.
Experience within a sales targeted environment.
What You'll Be Doing Day To Day
Virtually Plan & Design a Kitchen for up to 2 hours with the end goal of providing accurate plans, worktop and installation quotations for the customer.
Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge.
Showcasing a passion for home furnishings and providing a detailed experience with high levels of engagement and solutions for the customers life at home.
Developing a personal follow-up routine with your customers.
Closing the sale - finalising designs and quotes from pre-installations visits.
Handling in-bound calls to interact with customers to support queries and finalise sales.
