About The Client
Our client is a national construction and development company with an expanding in-house planning team. Delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across the UK, they combine commercial strength with a collaborative, localised approach. Their Sheffield office is now looking to recruit a Senior Town Planner to help manage and deliver planning strategy across a range of development sites in the region.
The Benefits
You'll lead on planning applications, appraisals, and stakeholder engagement for rural, green infrastructure, residential and mixed-use developments. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of planning permissions across multiple sites. - MRTPI qualified or working towards

- Proactive and organised, with a commercially aware mindset
