CRA Financial are delighted to be working with this leading firm of accountants with a national presence. The firm offer a range of audit, accounting, advisory and tax services to a wide variety of clients locally from SME's to larger corporate clients. They have a strong reputation locally and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Mixed Tax Senior to join their highly successful tax department. This role may appeal if you are working in a smaller accountancy practice and looking for a more specialised role.

The Role
Reporting to the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for corporate and personal tax compliance for clients as well as some accounts preparation for sole trader clients.

• Preparation of corporate tax computations
• Finalising and submitting corporation tax returns online using IXBRL
• Dealing with queries from HMRC
• Preparation of personal tax returns
• Production of accounts for sole traders
• Supporting the accounts department with tax advice

The Person

• Ideally, you will have a mixed tax background and be looking to join a firm where you can grow and develop your experience
• Applications are welcome with from tax specialists looking for a broad role or from individuals doing an all round role looking to join a larger firm and specialise in tax .
• You will have great communication skills with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Qualification is not essential in this role, experience is important
