Role Description


We are seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented Event Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Sheffield, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of all Supercar Driver events, from large-scale driving tours to exclusive networking gatherings. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and partners, managing event logistics, ensuring a high-quality experience for members, and effectively handling budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with the marketing and membership teams to promote events to maintain and engage member attendance.


Qualifications


  • Event Planning, Scheduling, and Budget Management skills
  • Partnership Coordination, Vendor Management, and Relationship Building skills
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skills
  • Marketing and Public Relations experience, including promotional activities for events
  • Proficiency in Event Management Software and familiarity with Project Management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and individually motivated.
  • Strong passion or interest in the automotive or lifestyle sector is an advantage
  • 2 years experience in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
