  • Department Growth & Support – Contributing to the continued growth of the department and, where appropriate, supervising and mentoring junior team members to support professional development and enhance the client journey.

You will ideally have:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor (0–4 PQE) or CILEx Fellow with Litigation Practice Rights

  • Proven experience handling or assisting with clinical/medical negligence claims

  • Inquest experience, or a strong interest in developing this area of work

  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and client‑focused approach

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex cases effectively

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and growing medical negligence team with a strong reputation for quality work and client care. It would suit someone looking to relocate to or return to South Yorkshire, or progress their career within a supportive and ambitious firm.
