Salary: £30,793.38
Shifts: Rotating mornings and afters shifts

• Forming sheet metal components to engineering and customer specifications
• Performing operations using hand tools including riveting, drilling, and planishing
• Operating and using hand-held and air-powered tools safely and effectively
• Ensuring products are manufactured to the correct tolerances and meet both customer and internal quality standards, including NADCAP and AS9100 requirements
• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Carrying out quality checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health & safety procedures
• Working collaboratively with production and quality teams to achieve production targets and maintain high standards

• Previous experience within metal forming, sheet metal, or aerospace manufacturing environments
• Confident using hand tools and air-powered tools within a production setting
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Strong understanding of tolerances and quality standards
• Experience working to aerospace standards such as NADCAP or AS9100 would be advantageous
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• 185 hours holiday per year, with the option to buy or sell up to 37 additional hours
• Paid Christmas shutdown
