Key Responsibilities of the Head of Supply Chain:

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with the organization's aerospace business objectives.
• Manage SIOP processes, supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and products.
• Lead a team of purchasing & supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to streamline operations.
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness.
