School Administrator (Part-Time) - North Sheffield

Hours: 3 days per week, 8:15am - 4:15pm
Contract: Part-Time

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and organised School Administrator to join a welcoming school in North Sheffield on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and can provide high-quality support across a range of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing front-of-house reception support and welcoming visitors
• Handling general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the school office
• Assisting with basic finance administration
• Managing communications and responding to enquiries
• Supporting the maintenance and updating of school records and systems

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a school setting
• Experience of reception and customer-facing duties
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and school management systems
• Experience with Arbor is desirable
• Experience maintaining and updating websites would be advantageous
