The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Sheffield city centre. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint a professional and personable Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a modern legal practice that prides itself on delivering an excellent client experience.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and incoming calls
• Managing the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, DX, and deliveries
• Booking meeting rooms and preparing them for client meetings
• Providing administrative support to legal teams where required
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic data entry
• Supporting general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What they're looking for

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing role
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• A proactive and positive approach to work
• Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential
