A leading bank is looking for an AI Data Scientist to join their team on a long-term contract basis. You will provide deep data science expertise across Generative AI, AI-enabled tools, and applied analytics; identifying where GenAI and AI tools are most influential across coding, knowledge work, engineering workflows, SDLC flow, deployment, and DORA-style measures

Required Skills:

Data science - taking masses of data, modelling, looking at the data to interpret answers to share insights with senior stakeholders.
Must have good experience with GenAI technologies, ideally coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Claude
Strong understanding of SDLD, Deployment and DORA metrics and their relevance to developer productivity

*Hybrid working, 3 days per week in Sheffield, Birmingham or Leeds office*
