Accounts Assistant - #2083557

Sharp Consultancy are working with a globally recognised business based in Sheffield that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

You will be working within a team of 5 finance professionals for a business that offers a great work environment and culture.

The main duties of this role will include:

• Daily Cash Posting
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assisting with preparation and closing the ledger at month end
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Support the wider finance team when required
• General ad hoc duties such as filing, scanning, etc.

Skills and experience required for this role:

• Previous experience and good knowledge of Accounting routines including month–end reconciliations
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of the system Kerridge (Desirable not essential)
