Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Days regular daytime shifts
We’re looking for a hands‑on Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join a small, supportive maintenance team. This is a days‑based role keeping production running smoothly through a mix of planned maintenance and reactive fault‑finding.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
- Supporting continuous improvement across the site
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
- Completing accurate documentation and maintenance reports
What We’re Looking For
- A multi‑skilled engineer who enjoys being “on the tools”
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding ability
- Reliable, detail‑focused, and able to work independently
- Someone who works well in a small team and contributes ideas
- Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Full training on machinery and systems will be provided
