This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional looking to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm that combines high-quality legal work with a genuinely supportive and collaborative working environment.
The Opportunity
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Working alongside an experienced team and supported by dedicated administrative staff, you will provide expert advice and exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process
- Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
- Contributing positively to team performance and service delivery
About You
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
- Possessing a minimum of 5 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
- Comfortable managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Committed to delivering a high-quality client experience
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Looking for a role offering manageable caseloads, strong support and genuine career stability
