Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Business Development Manager is primarily based in Sheffield, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and creating tailored security solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing strategic proposals, meeting sales targets, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies with client needs. The candidate will serve as a key liaison to foster and enhance partnerships that align with the company's mission.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales Strategy skills with experience in identifying and securing new clients and partnerships
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical and Market Research abilities to identify industry trends and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Proposal Writing and Presentation Skills to effectively communicate offerings to potential clients
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in security services or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
