The Opportunity

Our client is on a mission to make legal support simpler, smarter, and more aligned with modern businesses. Recently they’ve scaled, supporting thousands of companies across the UK, from ambitious start-ups to established brands. Now, with major growth plans ahead, they’re expanding their Sheffield team and looking for two individuals who want to learn, develop, and grow within the team.

The Role

You’ll sit closer to the client relationship side of the business, learning how to manage accounts, spot opportunities, and deliver real value to customers.

• Speaking with businesses to understand their goals and challenges
• Supporting senior team members in managing client accounts
• Helping onboard new clients and ensuring a smooth handover
• Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services where relevant
• Sitting in on client calls and gradually taking ownership of conversations
• Building long-term relationships so clients stay engaged and supported

Salary and Benefits

• £30,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE (uncapped)
