We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful Managing Director who is looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support both themselves and two Directors within the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, organised and professional EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting senior leadership at a high level.

The role is primarily remote, offering excellent flexibility and the chance to work mainly from home. However, candidates must be located within approximately a 30-minute commute of Sheffield to attend occasional onsite meetings with the Managing Director.

• Full diary management for the MD and Directors
• Managing complex schedules across international time zones
• Organising national and international travel arrangements
• Inbox and email management
• Taking notes/minutes during meetings
• Preparing and organising presentations and documentation
• Providing high-level administrative support across the leadership team
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and communication

• Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing diaries across multiple time zones would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Professional, proactive and highly confidential approach

• Salary up to £45,000pa depending on experience
