Permanent Nights OR Days and Nights Rotation Shift

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a well-established and growing Sheffield-based machine shop as they continue to invest in new machinery and expand their team. Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit skilled CNC Millers.

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines using Haas controls, producing high-precision components to tight tolerances.

• Setting & operating CNC milling machines (Haas controls)
• Editing and adjusting programs at the machine
• Working from engineering drawings
• Inspecting components using measuring equipment
• Maintaining quality and productivity standards
• Supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor

• £16 per hour on Days, £18 per hour on Nights
• 38 hours per week
• Days Mon–Thu: 07:30–16:00, Fri: 07:30–13:30
• Nights Mon–Thu: 18:00–06:00

• £18 per hour
• 38 hours per week
• Mon–Thu: 18:00–06:00

Additional Overtime (Nights Only):

• Up to 2 hours per shift
• Paid at time and one-third

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Haas control experience is essential
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Background in precision engineering or a machine shop environment
