Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join the DevX Standards & Controls team.
This role will support a range of applications that help software teams understand and comply with technology standards and control frameworks, while improving developer experience across the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer problems, needs, and pain points
- Work with customers, developers, product owners, and technical leads to define solutions
- Analyse systems, applications, and user impact
- Write clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Document business processes, system flows, and solution designs
- Create flowcharts and data flow diagrams
- Write tests to validate requirements
- Support business process modelling, presentations, handovers, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with global and distributed teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Proactive, self-starting, and collaborative approach
- Strong system and application analysis skills
- Experience working with APIs and web/application development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate ideas into clear requirements and specifications
- Experience documenting functional specifications, agile stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with process flow diagrams and business process modelling
- Experience working in global organisations and distributed teams
- Ability to capture explicit and implicit requirements
- Strong collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
