Working within a high-performing finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, supporting month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, audit requirements, and revenue analysis across a diverse portfolio of customers and projects.
The Job:
- Performing month-end revenue analysis and investigating variances against budget and prior periods
- Reviewing customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Working closely with operational stakeholders to ensure the correct set-up and reporting of projects
- Assisting with monthly management reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting statutory and group audit processes
- Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and reporting requirements
- Assisting with acquisition integration activities and continuous improvement projects
- Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives across the finance function
- Other ad hoc duties as required
About You
- The successful candidate will have previous experience within a finance or accounting environment
- You will be actively studying, or intending to study, towards a professional qualification
- Strong Excel skills are required, including Formulas and Pivot Tables
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and investigate variances is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential
- Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous
