We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join a growing product team working on innovative software solutions used by customers around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, user-focused products where your ideas and creativity will have a real impact. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging user experiences across a suite of digital applications.

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for designing seamless user journeys and creating modern, intuitive interfaces that improve the overall customer experience.

You'll be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity designs and usability testing.

• Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web-based applications.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to bring designs to life.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards.
• Gather user feedback and use data to continuously improve products.
• Champion UX best practice throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

You'll have commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer or similar role, with a passion for creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.

• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects.
• Experience with Figma (or similar design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).
• Knowledge of user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Experience designing SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
• Experience designing data-rich or business-critical applications.

• £50,000–£60,000 salary, depending on experience.
