A leading Engineering & Manufacturing company is seeking a technically capable professional to support the ongoing performance, improvement, and delivery of key operational activities.

Working within a collaborative environment, the successful individual will contribute to business performance through technical expertise, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the effective operation of critical business activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to operational challenges.
  • Contribute to performance improvement and optimisation initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of improvement programmes.
  • Support the implementation of business and technical projects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Ensure activities are delivered in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Liaise with external partners and suppliers where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate is likely to have experience in a technical, operational, project, maintenance, support, or improvement-focused role.

A recognised ELECTRICAL, professional, technical, vocational, or industry-relevant qualification is desirable, although equivalent experience will also be considered, experience of (High Tension / Low Tension) within electrical would be advantageous within a heavy engineering bias.
