The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having plants in the UK, Europe, Asia and America. The UK site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies, working on a number of fast-moving lines. The ideal candidate will come from a heavy engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with an mechanical bias. On a day to day basis you will be to be involved in general mechanical work on pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes other engineering background you will be working on motors, drives, belts, gearboxes, pumps, cranes, conveyors. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
