An innovative engineering organisation is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its small in-house legal team in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor to work across a diverse range of matters including commercial contracts, risk, employment law, governance, compliance, data protection, IP and dispute resolution.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders across the business, providing pragmatic legal advice, managing risk, supporting strategic projects and helping drive legal innovation, including the use of emerging technologies and AI.

Qualified legal professional in England & Wales

Commercial contracts experience (in-house or private practice considered)

Strong stakeholder management skills

Commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
