£32,000 | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm | Sheffield

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll become the main point of contact for your customers, coordinating everything from reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance to quotations, repairs and ongoing service requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of customer requests from enquiry through to successful completion.
• Coordinate engineers and internal teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and on time.
• Manage reactive breakdowns, servicing, inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.
• Prepare and manage quotations while supporting their successful conversion.
• Monitor live jobs, identify potential issues and proactively drive solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and operational challenges, taking ownership until they're fully resolved.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and develop customer relationships.
• Produce regular account updates and maintain accurate customer records.
• Work collaboratively across Operations, Engineering, Sales and Finance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys being accountable, thinks commercially and naturally takes ownership.

You'll be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple activities while maintaining excellent communication with customers and colleagues alike.

You'll have experience in a service-led environment such as engineering, facilities management, industrial equipment, maintenance or similar operational sectors.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

• Experience managing customer accounts or operational service delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing customer communications.
• Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to make informed decisions.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
