Key Duties

• Liaise with customers and the manufacturing plant to coordinate and manage orders effectively
• Support logistics operations, including arranging transport bookings and handling third-party warehouse stock
• Manage incoming sales emails, action requests promptly, and send samples to the factory as required
• Assist with invoicing and financial processes using Xero, alongside creating presentations and documentation using Canva

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask across operations, logistics, and customer requirements
• Confident using systems such as Xero, AI tools, or similar business software
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
