ROLE: Solicitor / Legal Executive (Residential Conveyancing)

LOCATION: Sheffield (South Yorkshire)

SALARY: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

HOURS: 09:00 – 17:15, Monday – Friday

CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-Time (2 positions available)

The Opportunity

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm for two experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors or Legal Executives to join their growing Sheffield team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for qualified conveyancers who are ready to take on a rewarding caseload within a firm that values its people, invests in their development, and has a strong reputation for quality across the region.

The firm already has a conveyancing assistant in place in Sheffield, meaning you will have dedicated support from day one, allowing you to focus on running your caseload effectively and delivering the high standard of client service the firm is known for.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative and growing residential property team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently, covering all aspects of sale and purchase transactions
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Maintaining high standards of client care and communication at all times
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues across the wider team
• Contributing to team performance, service delivery and the ongoing development of the Sheffield office

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for confident, experienced and client-focused conveyancing professionals with a stable work history and the ability to hit the ground running.

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional with at least 5 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently and with minimal supervision
• A strong track record of delivering excellent client care throughout the transaction process
• Comfortable working within a team environment and contributing to a supportive and collaborative culture
• Stable work history demonstrating commitment and consistency within a conveyancing role
• Familiarity with case management systems, Land Registry portal, SDLT submissions and lender portals
