Senior Business Support Officer
- Location: Sheffield

We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to an Assistant Service Manager. This role is crucial for managing recording responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. This position is funded by Access to Work.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and organise the inbox and outlook diary appointments, including arranging meetings and organising worker supervisions.
- Upload work onto social care software and support with recording on the same.
- Provide efficient and effective business process and document production, which may include complex minute taking, room bookings, scanning, and uploading documents.
- Offer customer services support to both internal and external customers.
- Type up case supervisions and personal supervisions.
- Retrieve and input information from case management systems, SharePoint, HR systems, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with planning meetings, case supervisions, personal supervisions, and manager’s meetings.
- Support with SharePoint and Learning Link (LL) uploads and navigation.
- Handle performance data collection, overview of calendar for scheduling without clashes, and manage room and travel bookings.
- Process new starters and leavers and handle IT requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in using IT systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a busy office environment with a good understanding of office processes and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible in terms of work area and location, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
