IFA Administrator - #2118188

Salary: £30,000

Due to continued business growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing Financial Planning team. This is a varied and rewarding position supporting Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant advice to clients.

• Work closely with Financial Planners and the support team to deliver excellent client service.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, communicating clearly, professionally, and proactively.
• Maintain accurate back-office systems and client records.
• Process business in line with internal procedures, including AML documentation.
• Prepare documentation, valuations, and reports for client meetings.
• Process applications, transfers, new business submissions, and service existing policies (including fund switches, withdrawals, and amendments).
• Liaise with product providers and third parties to manage client requests efficiently.

• Experience directly supporting Financial Advisers.
• Experience using financial platforms and industry tools to produce illustrations and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office or similar back-office systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
