Account Manager – Sheffield / Field Based - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission - OTE £75,000 + Benefits

We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join a growing technology and telecommunications business, supporting SMEs across the UK with reliable, flexible broadband and telecoms solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes a consultative approach to sales, enjoys working with senior decision-makers, and is motivated by growing existing accounts while delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

• You’ll be responsible for managing and developing an established customer base, retaining existing business and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
• Building relationships with business owners, directors and key decision-makers
• Conducting customer meetings, reviews and solution presentations
• Working with technical teams to develop tailored service proposals
• Identifying upselling, cross-selling and account growth opportunities
• Carrying out regular account reviews
• Managing your sales pipeline and customer accounts through CRM
• Promoting a range of technology, telecommunications and broadband services
• Contributing ideas to support business growth and customer retention

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B Account Management or sales
• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to close deals
• Confidence engaging with business owners and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing customer accounts, sales pipelines and CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working with SMEs
