Work Strata are currently recruiting Sales Advisors to join a well-known Telecoms and Internet provider at its bustling call centre based in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a member of the sales team, your duties will include:
• Speaking to customers over the phone and talking them through our clients' products and services
• Ensuring upselling ensuring that the customer is getting the best possible service
• Liaising with customers in a professional and polite manner
• Ensuring individual KPIs are met
• Working as part of a team to ensure team targets are hit each week/month

Pay from:
£26116 - £26,738 per annum with uncapped commission
 
 
Shifts:
37.5 hours per week, Between 8am-9pm Monday – Friday. Between 8am – 8pm Weekends
 
Weekends are based on a team rota, and every weekend will not be necessary
