Electrical Maintenance Engineer - #2125844

Position : Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location : Sheffield
Shift Pattern : 2 x 12 hour days, 2 x 12 hour nights, 4 off
Salary : £51,000
Environment : Heavy engineering

The Role :

Electrical maintenance of all production equipment
Fault finding
Maintenance drives.
Electrical maintenance of overhead cranes.
Maintenance of PLC based systems, specifically ABB and Allen Bradley.
Ladder logic understanding beneficial
Reacting to breakdown requirements and safely / quickly identifying faults to minimise the impact on production.

About You :

• Apprentice trained and qualified to Level 3 or higher
• Education to H.N.C. Level in an Electrical Engineering discipline beneficial
• 18th edition preferred
• A basic understanding of P.C. based software, Excel etc.
• Able to read electrical drawings
• Familiar with CMMS
• Knowledge and experience of health and safety standards
