- Identify and onboard new target customers, including calls, emails and meetings.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet revenue targets.
- Understand client needs and build professional relationships.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth a process from onboarding to retention.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Experience in the waste industry.
- Previously worked in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
- Ability to identify new leads and convert these to sales.
- Experience developing client relationships.
