  • Providing guidance and day-to-day support to junior paralegals and administrative team members

  • Assisting with training, onboarding, and the sharing of best practice across the team

  • Proactively progressing matters and identifying potential issues before they arise

  • Preparing and reviewing correspondence, legal documents, forms, and reports

  • Liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisers, and legal representatives

  • Facilitating exchanges of contracts and coordinating completions

  • Preparing financial statements, completion packs, Certificates of Title, and SDLT submissions

  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the efficient operation of the department

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience within a residential conveyancing paralegal role

  • Strong technical knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from instruction to completion

  • Experience managing transactions with minimal supervision

  • The ability to mentor, support, and develop junior team members

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Exceptional client care and relationship management skills

  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative and leadership-focused mindset

Benefits

  • A senior position within a supportive and growing Residential Property team

  • The opportunity to take on increased responsibility and leadership duties

  • Exposure to a broad range of residential conveyancing matters

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities

  • Clear pathways for career progression

  • A collaborative and high-performing working environment

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional looking to take the next step in their career, develop their leadership skills, and play an influential role within a successful and ambitious Residential Property team.
