Part Exchange Executive - #2133368

At William H Brown, we have an exciting opportunity for a Part Exchange Executive to join our Land & New Homes team in Dinnington, supporting our continued growth and success.

As a Part Exchange Executive, you will play an important role in supporting customers who are looking to part exchange their existing property when purchasing a new home. You’ll work closely with our branch teams, developers and customers to help ensure the part exchange process runs smoothly, providing an efficient and professional service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the part exchange process, providing a professional and responsive service
• Build strong working relationships with branch teams, developers and other internal and external contacts
• Co-ordinate property and customer information from a range of internal and external sources
• Liaise with customers and relevant stakeholders by telephone and email, providing updates and responding to queries
• Ensure information is accurate, complete and kept up to date throughout the process
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure part exchange opportunities progress efficiently and within agreed timescales
• Maintain accurate records and follow company processes and procedures
• Comply with all relevant company policies, statutory requirements and regulations affecting the estate agency industry

• Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicating with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience within estate agency, new homes, property or part exchange would be desirable, but is not essential
