• Collect and maintain monthly utility, waste, travel and emissions data.

• Support carbon accounting and sustainability reporting.

• Assisting in the preparation of practical summaries, dashboards and data packs for internal reporting, SECR and ESOS compliance.

• Support the wider Facilities Team in raising their awareness of and developing their ability to maintain audit-ready environmental records and identify practical energy and emissions reductions.

Essential certification

• Experience in facilities, estates, health and safety maintenance or small project coordination.

• Ability to coordinate and manage contractors and suppliers, follow up actions and keep accurate records.

• Understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements in an operational environment.

• Confident working with data, using Excel to organise, check and report information.

• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities.

• Ability to communicate clearly with site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Desirable experience:

• Experience in mixed-use environments such as offices, laboratories, warehouses or fieldwork support settings.

• IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety training, or willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.

• Exposure to carbon accounting tools, sustainability reporting platforms or environmental management systems.
