We are working with an excellent insolvency company, who do an enormous amount of rescue and recovery for Business. Due to growth and new business, we now need to appoint a strong administration person, this person ideally will possess industry experience, although not necessarily need Insolvency experience, what they do need is strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, good verbal written communication, ideally possessing a strong Grade in GCSE English.
Ideally a good level of Maths, and be able to operate oneself round spreadsheets fast and efficient.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insolvency Administrator to join our professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting insolvency cases, supporting the administration of formal insolvency procedures such as bankruptcy and liquidation, business restructure, debt management and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to restructuring processes that help individuals and businesses navigate financial difficulties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supporting a portfolio of insolvency cases from initiation through to completion, ensuring all procedural steps are followed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial information, including assets, liabilities, and cash flows, to support case assessments and decision-making.
- Gather information with creditors, debtors, legal professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate case progress and resolve inquiries.
- Assist with comprehensive reports, documentation, and correspondence in accordance with statutory requirements and internal standards.
- Assist in the administration of formal insolvency procedures such as liquidations, administrations, or bankruptcies by coordinating meetings, filing documents, and maintaining case records.
- Support the team in complying with regulatory deadlines and legal obligations throughout the insolvency process.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Experience
- Prior experience in insolvency or bankruptcy administration is highly desirable although not essential.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
- Administrative experience involving document preparation, record keeping, or case management.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant legal frameworks or insolvency legislation is a plus but not mandatory.
