YOUR MISSION (SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT):

Be their champion-supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and core skills.

Think on your feet-adapting lessons, resources, and approaches to fit each unique learner.

Turn behaviour into progress-using positive, tailored strategies that build self-esteem and engagement.

Collaborate like a pro-working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to track progress and shape EHCPs.

Embrace every challenge-from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further.

WHO YOU ARE:

Qualified or experienced-Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.

SEN-savvy-you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire.

Calm under pressure-patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky.

DBS-ready-Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one if required.

Reference-perfect-two strong professional references.

£92.56-£110 per day (holiday included)-with higher rates for extra experience or qualifications.
