We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join our clients team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of a key project across South Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage stakeholders, suppliers, and project deliverables to ensure successful project implementation.

The successful candidate must be able to travel to and work from various office locations across South Yorkshire as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timescales, and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact for both internal and external parties.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and partners to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Work closely with the internal recruitment team to support hiring activity required for project mobilisation and launch.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to mitigate potential issues.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a Project Manager role, delivering projects from inception through to completion.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with multiple suppliers and managing external relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to various locations across South Yorkshire.

Desirable

  • Previous project management experience within the public sector, healthcare, NHS, local authority, or similar regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting workforce mobilisation or recruitment activity within a project environment.
