We are looking for Aluminium Window & Door Fabricators for a permanent position with our client on Sheffield.

Immediate start available (Subject to interview process)

Rate of pay is £13.00 to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient fabrication and assembly of aluminium window and door systems, ensuring all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricating aluminium windows, doors and bifold door systems.
• Reading and working from technical drawings and measurements.
• Cutting, machining and preparing aluminium profiles.
• Assembling frames and components accurately.
• Installing hardware, hinges, handles, locks and other associated components.
• Glazing and finishing products where required.
• Ensuring all finished products meet quality and specification requirements.
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the fabrication process.
• Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors.
• Experience working with aluminium systems, ideally including bifold doors.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A reliable and hardworking approach.
• Experience using fabrication tools and machinery.

Previous experience within an aluminium window, door or glazing manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
